Black Walnut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1 c. black walnuts, chopped
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream butter and Crisco.
    Add sugar, Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Add flavoring to milk.
    Sift flour; measure and add baking powder and sift again.
    Add enough flour (a couple of spoonfuls) to nuts to coat.
    Add remaining flour and milk, a little at a time. Stir in nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
