Sausages, Peppers, Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausages
    1 lb. peppers, cut in strips
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 large onions, cut in pieces
    1 small can Hunt's tomato sauce
Preparation
    Fork sausages and put in pan in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Bake until brown and almost done.
    Remove most of fat.
    Put peppers, onions and mushrooms in pan and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add sausages which have been cut into pieces.
    Mix together and add tomato sauce plus 1 can of water.
    Mix well.
    Cook about 1/2 hour until tender. Good over rice or just as a sandwich.
