Pimento And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 jar pimentos
1/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

In the 1/3 cup milk, melt cheese, then add all remaining ingredients except for mayonnaise.
Cook for 5 to 10 minutes and then add mayonnaise.
Let cool before serving.
