Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil or melted oleo
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. blueberries, drained (or frozen)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, but do not beat.
    Add berries last.
    Fill muffin tins, lined to 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
