The Big Dipper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili (no beans)
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, diced and drained
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and microwave or heat in saucepan until melted and mixed.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, toasted French bread or veggie dippers.
