Grilled Marinated Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 oz. sesame oil
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Mix all.
Marinate salmon fillets for 3 to 4 hours in refrigerator.
Cook on grill, skin side down, until the salmon flakes.
Do not turn.
Makes approximately 4 servings.
