Picadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 c. chopped green onion
    2 tsp. garlic
    2/3 c. green pepper
    16 oz. can whole tomatoes, undrained
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans consomme beef broth
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can pimentos, drained
    1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. blanched almonds
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add everything else and bring to boil.
    Let simmer for several hours.
    Good served with Doritos.
