Italian Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    12 green onions, chopped
    8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
    In blender, combine cream cheese and sour cream.
    Stir in green onions.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer cooked noodles, cream cheese mixture, meat sauce and cheese.
    Bake for about 1 hour until bubbly.
    Makes 10 servings.
