Ingredients

1 bunch beets
2 to 3 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
lemon juice to taste
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cook beets until tender.
Let cool.
Take off peel.
Grate beets as for Borsch.
Melt butter; add grated beets, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
