Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Preparation

Pour boiling water over oatmeal; stir well and let stand.
Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Combine sugars, eggs and oil.
Add sifted ingredients to sugar mixture.
Add oatmeal; mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
