Orange Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1 small pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small can mandarin orange slices, drained
Preparation

Beat cream cheese with sugar until light and smooth.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water and cool slightly.
Gradually add to the cheese mixture.
Fold in pineapple and oranges.
Pour into mold. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
