Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. condensed milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 Tbsp. rum (optional)
pinch of salt
sugar
Preparation

Caramelize white sugar in a pan.
Coat a baking pan with the sugar syrup.
Beat flan ingredients until smooth and immediately pour over sugar syrup.
Cook in \"water bath\" at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
