Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast pieces
    1 1/2 c. orange juice (fresh squeezed is nice)
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. rosemary
Preparation
    Blend juice, oil, salt and rosemary.
    Pour over chicken pieces and let marinate until chicken is thawed (about 6 hours).
    Preheat broiler oven.
    Broil chicken about 5 minutes on each side.
    Baste chicken with marinade.
    Serve chicken with long grain and wild rice.
