Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. 1-inch, day-old bread cubes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in bread cubes.
    Stir in brown sugar and raisins.
    Pour mixture into an 8 x 1 3/4-inch round ovenware cake dish.
    Place pan in larger shallow pan on oven rack.
    Pour hot water into larger pan 1 inch deep. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Makes 6 servings.
