Best-Ever Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red kidney beans
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, cook beef, onions, green pepper and celery until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
    Stir to break up chunks of meat.
    Drain kidney beans, reserving liquid.
    Add beans and remaining ingredients.
    Cover; simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    If desired, stir in some of the reserved bean liquid to make desired consistency.
    Makes 10 servings.
