Crock-Pot Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs or dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    catsup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except catsup.
    Shape into a loaf (I shape mine into a round loaf to fit crock-pot) and place in slow cooker.
    Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hours.
    Cover top of loaf with catsup, if desired, during last 1/2 hour of cooking.
