Crispy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. carrots, cooked and sliced
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Cook carrots in small amount of water until tender. Drain & slice.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Mix in onions.
    Dot with margarine and cheese.\tTop with chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
