Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked squash
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 carrot, finely grated
    1 onion chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pint sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. herb dressing mix
Preparation
    Season squash with salt and pepper.
    Add carrot, onion, pimento, soup and sour cream.
    Mix margarine and dressing mix. Place 1/2 of the dressing mix in a greased casserole dish, add squash mixture.
    Sprinkle with remaining dressing mix.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 12.
