Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn with liquid
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box cornbread mix
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add cans of corn, cornbread mix and chilies.
Mix with a fork.
Add onion and sugar. Add beaten eggs and spread evenly in pan.
Drop sour cream by spoonfuls on top and fold in gently.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm.
