Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Cream butter, sugars and other ingredients, adding oatmeal and nuts last. Form into a roll and wrap in wax paper.
Place in freezer overnight.
Slice and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 10 minutes.
Makes approximately 2 1/2 dozen.
