Country Kitchen Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, chopped
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/4 c. onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. cubed ham
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley flakes and bouillon cube and pepper.
    Simmer for about 30 minutes. Gradually add the milk that has been mixed with the flour.
    Add to the vegetables and simmer until thickened.
    Add the ham and cheese. Stir until melted.
    Serves 4.
