Holiday Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. nacho chips
1 container sour cream (8 oz.)
1 jar salsa (to your taste)
Preparation

Brown ground beef and follow directions on seasoning mix package.
When browning beef and mix, add several tablespoons of salsa for extra flavor.
Place tortilla style nacho chips on baking sheet.
Put seasoned beef over nachos.
Place shredded Cheddar cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side.
