Kalua Pig - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork butt
2 c. water
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 c. Hawaiian salt (or coarse sea salt, or kosher salt)
Preparation

Pat pork thoroughly with salt and place fat side up in roasting pan or crock pot.
Combine water with liquid smoke and pour over meat.
Cover and either roast at 400\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender, or slow cook on high for 4-5 hours until pork falls apart.
Remove from water and shred in serving dish.
