Healthy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can low salt cream of mushroom soup
    egg substitute (equivalent to 1 egg)
    3 slices whole grain bread (stale)
    3 c. freshly boiled yellow squash, drained
    1 c. reduced fat Colby cheese
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. Molly McButter sour cream and butter sprinkles
Preparation
    Mash squash. Crumble bread.
    Put aside 1/3 of the bread crumbs.
    Mix all other ingredients and put into a large baking dish.
    Top with crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown on top (about 20 to 30 minutes).
