Creamy Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 large cucumbers
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine mayonnaise and vinegar in bowl. Whip with wire whisk until smooth. Add 2 peeled and sliced cucumbers. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Chill before serving.
