Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. zucchini, cleaned and sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Heat margarine in deep skillet. Add onion, garlic and remainder of zucchini and water.
    Cover and simmer gently 10 minutes.
    Stir with wooden spoon while cooking. Remove from heat; add all remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Turn into blender for 30 seconds.
    Serve hot or chilled.
