Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yellow squash
    1 lb. ground beef, seasoned to taste
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 c. grated Cheddar or Velveeta cheese slices
Preparation
    Wash and cut squash in half lengthwise.
    Cook in salted water just until tender; drain.
    Scrape out pulp, leaving a shell.
    Save pulp.
    Brown meat; add bell pepper, onion, tomato sauce and Accent.
    Cook until meat changes color.
    Add pulp; mix well. Spoon meat mixture inside squash shells.
    Place squash in baking dish.
    Cover; bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover; top with grated cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese melts.
