Quick Walnut Penuche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1 3/4 to 2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add brown sugar.
    Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring.
    Add milk, stirring until boiling.
    Remove; cool.
    Gradually add confectioners sugar until mixture is of fudge consistency.
    Stir in chopped walnuts.
    Spread in 8-inch square pan.
    Chill.
    Cut into squares.
