Croghan Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Quik salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Set hamburg aside. Add remaining ingredients together and mix well.
    Add to hamburg.
    Mix with hands.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours. Be sure to cover mixture.
    Roll into logs.
    Place on broiler pan and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Slice and serve. Can be frozen.
