Southwestern Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 can pork and beans (28 oz.)
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans, undrained
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1 c. (8 oz.) enchilada sauce
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Mix gently.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes longer.
