Roasted Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium (2 1/2 lb.) sweet red peppers
    1 cup oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Wash peppers and drain well.
    Place peppers on cookie sheet, bake about 20 minutes in preheated 450\u00b0 oven, or until skin becomes blistered and charred.
    Turn peppers with tongs every 5 minutes while baking.
