Ingredients

3 c. buttermilk
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 egg whites
vanilla
a little sweetener
Preparation

Put oatmeal and buttermilk in large bowl and mix well.
Let stand 1/2 hour or more then add flour, baking powder, soda, egg whites, vanilla and sweetener to taste.
Blend; spray griddle with Pam and cook.
Top with no sugar syrup.
