Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal mix
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. pimento, diced
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients
    in
    order
    given;
    then blend well. Pour batter
    into 2 well-greased 8-inch square pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
