Cider Mill Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 gal. apple cider
2 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. whole allspice
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. cinnamon sticks
5 whole cloves
1 1/2 tsp. butter
14 long cinnamon sticks
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 1 to 3 hours.
Strain and serve steaming hot with a cinnamon stick each.
Yield:
14 servings.
