Lazanki(Noodles To Go With Soups) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. fatback or butter
salt
Preparation

Sift flour; add pinch of salt and knead with egg and water. Roll out fine; set aside to dry.
Cut the dried dough.
Toss lightly on floured board after cutting.
Cook lazanki in boiling salted water; drain and pour over with hot water.
Drain.
Then when Czarnina is done, place the cooked lazanki
in.
