Pie Crust(Makes 6 Pie Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. very cold water
    5 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients in 1-cup container.
    Mix together until well blended.
    Add the flour and shortening gradually until blended.
    Makes 6 pie crusts.
    Freeze in ball in bag until ready to use. Roll out.
