Lemon Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. celery seed
    1 lb. fish fillet
Preparation
    Place butter in baking dish.
    Microwave on High to melt butter (45 seconds).
    Blend in seasonings.
    Coat fish fillets in mixture. Place around in dish.
    Cover with wax paper and microwave on High until fish flakes (with fork).
    Approximate time is 5 to 6 minutes.
