Easy Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    4 c. sliced fruit (peaches, strawberries, etc.)
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together 1 cup sugar, flour and milk and pour over the melted butter.
    Heat to boiling 1 cup sugar and the fruit and pour over the batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
