Green Bean And Tomato Salad With Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh green beans
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced or coarsely grated
    6 fresh plum tomatoes, sliced
    1/3 c. fresh basil, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook beans until crisp-tender. Drain well. Toss with remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    May be served chilled or at room temperature.
    Serves 4 to 6.
