Lime Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. marshmallows (about 16)
1 c. milk
1 pkg. lime jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
2/3 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Melt marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler.
Pour hot mixture over package of jello. Stir until dissolved.
Mix in cream cheese. Blend until cheese dissolves. Add pineapple.
Cool. Blend in whipped cream and mayonnaise.
Chill until firm.
This is great with orange jello, also.
