Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Minute rice
8 oz. cubed American cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen or fresh broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 can milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. buttered bread crumbs (on top)
Preparation

Cook rice and drain.
Mix with cheese and broccoli until cheese is melted.
Add chicken soup, water chestnuts, milk and soy sauce with buttered bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
