Pork Chop And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

5 pork chops
5 regular size potatoes
1 can mushroom soup, diluted
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Slice potatoes.
Place in 2-quart baking dish with salt and pepper.
Place pork chops on potatoes.
Dilute mushroom soup. Pour over chops and potatoes.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and finish baking until chops are cooked to desired tenderness.
