Cake Flour - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
all-purpose flour (enough to finish filling 1 c.)

Preparation

Put cornstarch in measuring cup, then fill remainder of cup with all-purpose flour.
Sift together 3 times.
One cup of this is equal to 1 cup sifted cake flour.
