Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green onions sliced thin
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes
    1 6 oz. can tomato paste
    2 tsp. parsley
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    cooked white rice
Preparation
    In a 2 quart glass casserole dish, combine first 5 ingredients.
    Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients except the shrimp.
    Cook an additional 5 minutes.
    Stir mixture and add cooked shrimp.
    Cover and cook an additional 6-7 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
