Coconut Macaroons(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried shredded coconut (unsweetened)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. liquid Sucaryl
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine coconut, flour and baking powder.
    Beat egg whites until foamy; add cream of tartar and Sucaryl.
    Beat until peaks form.
    Fold egg whites into coconut mixture.
    Drop onto greased cookie sheets.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
