Pineapple Upside-Down Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. margarine
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices
    4 maraschino cherries
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Preparation
    Place 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in each of four 10 ounce custard cups.
    Arrange a slice of pineapple and a cherry in each cup.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Shape 1 1/2 biscuits into a round circle.
    Place on top of pineapple in cups.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through and golden.
