Tomato And Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium tomato
    2 lettuce leaves, torn into bite size pieces
    1 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
    1 hard-boiled egg
Preparation
    Set tomato stem end down and cut into 8 evenly spaced slices, cutting to within 1/2-inch from the bottom.
    (Do not cut all the way through.)
    Arrange lettuce on salad plate and place tomato on the lettuce.
    Gently spread tomato slices slightly apart and drizzle 1/2 of the dressing over the tomato.
    Cut egg slices and put between each tomato slice.
    Drizzle with the rest of the dressing.
    Garnish with chopped green onions and/or parsley.
