1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded
1 1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chives, chopped or 1 Tbsp. scallion tops, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. dried mint or 1 tsp. fresh mint (optional)
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
dash of Worcestershire
Preparation

Puree cucumber with 1/2 cup yogurt, then add remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
