Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. French fried onion rings
    1 pkg. onion gravy mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Brown beef; pour off drippings and blend in gravy mix, garlic, salt, water and rice.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Stir in peas.
    Cook until rice is tender.
    Serve with gravy sauce.
    Serves 6 to 8.
