Terry Bradshaw'S Smoke Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red wine
    1 c. water
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 large red pepper, seeded and sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 whole chicken
    1 c. vegetable oil
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Cajun seasoning to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    You will need 10 to 15 hickory wood chips.
